It has been widely reported that Atos Healthcare should be completing 11,000 WCAs per week.
a) Is this figure correct?
b) How many have been completed each month for the past 12 months?
c) If there is a backlog, how many WCAs and why has Atos fallen behind?
d) How many additional WCAs will be needed per month and over how many months to catch up the backlog?
e) What is the projected number of WCAs required per month for the next 12 months including this catch-up?
f) How will Atos achieve these revised targets?

The whole ESA, WCA, DWP, JCPlus, Atos Healthcare debacle. You couldn't make it up! As with other parts of the public sector, you don't know what really goes on until you see it first hand.
